The transition to zero-emission transport is accelerating, which is why we need new tools for playing the operational game. Accurately predicting the energy consumption of a vehicle on a planned route is one of those critical tools. As part of a Dutch research project (DKTI Transport), Sycada and TU Eindhoven have developed a new model for predicting energy usage and SoC at route end-points. The model has been developed for public transport, but we seek to extend the model to cover other transport modalities as well. In this webinar we will share the research and the achieved results and the model’s potential impact in fleet operations.
In a nutshell, the following questions will be addressed:
Sycada is a tech and software developer that offers tools with the aim of making our transport and mobility needs industry greener, safer and more efficient. We believe that sustainability and profitability go hand in hand and we help companies achieve their goals on both ends.
